I been lurking for a while and have decided to start posting some of my war stories. Well forced is more like it 
I am a graduate student at nights and during the day I am the Complaints manager at a large department store. My duties mainly involve, making everyone happy. And managing the most annoying complaints of them all, returns.
Because of the fall of Hecht Brothers, and other department stores recently corporate has been allowing us to be more particular about how returns are done, where a tremendous amount of money is basically 'hemoraged.' As we become tougher about returns, SCs become well, more stupid.
