So... this is a spot to post the sort of thing that would normally go into the profile? Well, ok.
This being about customers, I guess my work experience would be relevant. I started out volunteering at a local hospital. Got in a thousand hours community service before finding out that it was often used as punishment. Then I was old enough to get paying work, and shelved books at the library for six months. I was accurate, I was helpful... and I was canned for not being fast. Worked at the grocery store for a couple years before they decided I should work a checkout. Went to college, did some temp work. Worked customer service for MCI for nine months, went back to college. Worked the last two years doing customer service for US Cellular, and am now unemployed. Thankfully BEFORE I'd gotten serious about shopping for a home.
Most of the people I've dealt with have not been bad. But there's a few that stick in the mind.
Which is why places like this exist.
