So, I went with that tread title, but I'm a bit more polite than the rhyme indicates. Hi! My name's Ben, I'm mostly from the Chicago area, but in Dayton Ohio for a bit theseadays. I'm a biotechnology/microbiology student, hoping to get into epidemiology (read: cure diseases).

I've got a research position for the gov't right now (working on some anti-biological warfare stuff) and I do tech support.

I think at least tech support is - and the government job should be as well - recognized as this kind of endless font of sucky customer information.

So I'm a generally amiable guy! Say hello!
