I am BIC. I work as technical support for a copier/printer/fax company that's fairly well-known, based out of Tucker, GA. In previous years, I've been support for IBM, HP, Earthlink (long time in that one), Kodak Dental Systems, and Web.com. I've worked in just about every type of TS.

I just started this contract with the copier company, so I have few stories as of yet. I'll probably start by posting some old ones I had written up for elsewhere. There should be a few new ones accumulated after a while.
