Hello!

I've most recently been a medical secretary so I can't share too many funny stories from that (darn privacy laws!) but I worked retail for too many years... but I worked on Mackinac Island in Michigan, which is a big tourist place, so lots of people with stupid questions... which is probably where most of my stupid customer stories will come from. Or from people at the renaissance faire, since I work there also.
