Completely new to the forums, I only signed up today for which you can all thank Jennie Breeden and her Customers Suck cartoons. Been through various jobs, bookshop, worked for Dell for a year and a half, and now in a school (technically I don't have customers here but there's still enough stories about the teachers to fill a book).
