    Hi

    I have come to this site so I can share my Sucky Customer experiences which I have had lots of, and will continue to.

    I'm an Assistant Manager at a Bingo Club in the UK, have been for about the last 3 years. In the UK bingo doesn't just attract the elderly, it also attracts people of all different ages and social standings.

    In General there are older customers who attend afternoon sessions, and a mix of younger and old in the evening.
    We often get a lot of silly ID complaints in evening sessions, Customers demanding we take their word that are over 18.
    We offer free bingo sessions which attracts "Jeremy Kyle" type of Sucky Customers.

    I had been a staff member for about 5 years before being promoted, so always do my best to back my staff and not undermine their decisions, of course you cant always do that but I try.

    Happy Staff normally means happy customers

    Hallo and Welcome. Do try to be careful not to slip on the brain bleach, we've had a few spills recently.
