Hello! I'm a newbie to the website, and found it while searching the simple query of "customers suck." BIG THANK YOU for this website and forum. I'm surprised I've never located this forum earlier as I did a year and a half as a peon in big box retail before my current job as a peon in government. Reading through these jaw-dropping stories has been an EXCELLENT time-killer and now I am ready to add my piece to the insanity.
