I'm Azuriem, call me Azzy for short if you want. I just found your site and forums, and am already loving it .

I work in a call center doing tech support for a cable company in mid central USA. I'm enjoying reading your encounters, and just hope some day I get one as good as some of the ones i've seen just in the short time I've been reading here.

You all look like good folks too
