Found this forum through a friend. I used to do dial up and webhosting tech support for a couple of ISPs in the area. Eventually moved my way up to system admin so I really don't deal directly with customers anymore. Though I do have some stories to tell, if only I could remove that mental block that keeps me sane.

Well hope I'm welcome here as it seems like a really fun place.

Heh, thanks guys. Im sure as I read some of the stuff here a ton of it will come flooding back to me. I also used to work as an asst. manager at a national pizza chain too. Though, as much as the customer's sucked, I did love that job.

I've noticed that the more I read, the more the memories come flooding back. After the shaking subsides, I crawl out from my safe place, have someone untie my pretty white jacket, and I post 'em.
