I've been trolling the board for a couple of months now and have to say thank you to all who submit such colorful, candid stories of Suckycustomerdom!
As someone who's never known what exactly I've wanted to "be" when I grow up, I've worked in a number of different jobs, all of which involved some kind of customer service. I've worked as a waitress, a maid, a shoesalesperson, a cosmetic salesperson, customer service in a bank, and currently as accounts receivable in a modest-size company. My worst job was as a tax collector for a tag agency (which is OK's equivilant to the DMV in other states).
Nice to meet you all, and I look forward to sharing a few of my war stories in the future.
