I received an invoice today from an ad agency that specifically handles the advertising for a local college.
We were paying for an ad in the current men's basketball guide which covers the '08 - '09 season.
While I'm sure it's just a typo, the invoice/contract states that we are paying $200.00 to advertise in the basketball guide from 2008 to 8009. I was thrilled that we got 6,000 years of advertising for an average of $0.03 per year.![Stick Out Tongue](https://www.customerssuck.com/board/core/images/smilies/tongue.png)
To make it better, the address in their letterhead is perfectly correct. Except for the zipcode, which was off by thaaaaaat much. The zip code in the letterhead: xxx01. The actual zip code xxx67. Oops?![Laughing](https://www.customerssuck.com/board/core/images/smilies/laugh.gif)
Fortunately, marketing assured me that we write the ad and provide it to them as a complete file. If they were writing our ads, I shudder to think of the SC madness a few typos could cause.
