    This customer was not sucky. He was not thinking after I explained to him that every parking spot is already reserved & already paid for.

    My spiel: "I'm sorry, but the full sign is on because the garage is reserved. Every parking spot is already reserved & already paid for, & the parking spots are limited to only people on the event list. *this was when he asked how much?*

    male customer: "I'm a temporary employee, & I was told to park here."
    me "Which dept. said that?"
    male customer: "The cashier office"
    me: my spiel
    male customer: "how much?"
    me: "I'm sorry, but since the parking spots are limited to only people on the event list & are already paid for & already reserved, there are no parking spots to pay for."
    male customer: "So what is your phone #?"
    *I can only give out the extension to the parking office, 8127 or the extension to Community Relations, 7868. I cannot give out my extension*
    me: "I'm sorry, but that dept. has to call 8127 or 7868"
    male customer: "So is that your phone #?"
    me: "I'm sorry, but that dept. has to call my manager at 8127 or 7868"

    He left & never returned.

    The cashier office is on the same floor as the parking office. Whoever he reports to can go there to inquire.
