Customer drives up to the booth window. I open it to assist the customer.
Me: "Hi, how may I help you?"
Customer: "Is this Visitor parking?"
Me: "You can either park here for a $5.00 flat fee from a minute to all day or across the street at the meter parking."
Customer: *with a confused look on his face*: "But the university is supposed to have tokens."
Me: "Yes, & you pay for them inside the building."
Customer: "So there is no free parking."
Me: "Correct"
Customer parks at the metered lot across the street. I'm wondering if the customer though the university gives you a token. Sorry, but you pay for the token.
