He wasn't sucky...quite friendly about the matter, in fact. The guy knew his wife had claimed unemployment in '09 (taxable income for the unitiated). He filed his return without even mentioning what we would later learn was significant income with no taxes withheld at all (OUCH!!). I filled out his amended return and got that out (not for free, mid you). His refunds were signficantly lower.
