Had an email from a customer today. He was complaining because he wanted to de-activate and he couldn't find the De-activate button where I had told him to look for it.
"There's no De-activate button where you said it would be! Just an Activate button!"
[Note: Yes. My bad too. It never occured to me to make sure the customer had actually activated the copy he was trying to de-activate when I told him where the button was. It also wouldn't ever occur to me to make sure someone had his lights on before telling him where the off switch was. I won't make that mistake again. ]
