About anything you can do with chicken, you can do with turkey. This is why I buy a lot of turkey when it's cheap around Thanksgiving. As if to demonstrate my point, we're having turkey hot wings tonight.
I made a recipe for Asian style orange chicken the other day and substituted turkey. It's gooood!
