Small moment that happened today as I was trying to get someone to use the Uscan rather than stay on line:
Me: Sir, would you like to come to Uscan? There's open registers.
Customer: I have a coupon though, can you do that here?
Me: Yes.
Customer: I also have this newspaper that's free.
Me: That's OK.
Customer: What's OK?
Me: Sir, would you like to come to Uscan? There's open registers.
