Not really a customer, but it's one of those stories that simply must be told.
My Mom, as I've stated in the past, is not very technologically adept, despite her best efforts. She's often been frustrated by the multitude of remotes we invariably end up acquiring for our TV, cable, DVD/Blu-Ray, etc.
So one day she's busy poking at the buttons on one of the devices she's pulled out of the basket beside the recliner, fussing aloud.
"I can't get this damn TV to change channels!"
Whereupon my sister snatches the device out of her hands and says:
"Mom, that's a calculator!"
