Chipotle brain burp

Twice now I've ordered food on the Chipotle iPhone app and gone in and they not have my order.
Today when I did it they asked me to resend it and they'd make it right then. Now they had a line so I felt really bad. Especially after I realized that the reason the order hadn't gone through was cause I hadn't finished sending it.
I felt like such an idiot.

It's pretty embarrassing to realize that the problem is *ahem* you ... been there, done that ... more than once.
