So, as I noted earlier today, the Trouble Ticket System at The Client is down. Trying to access it returns an error message. EVERYONE is getting this same message.
Naturally...
J2K: "IT Service Desk, this is Jay. How can I help you?"
Him: "Is TTS down?"
J2K: "Yes, it is, sir."
Him: "Oh. Is there a global Tier2 ticket for it?"
J2K: "...how could there be, sir?"
Him: "...oh. Right. Sorry. I'll just wait for it to come back online, then."
Naturally...
