My first day of register training at OfficeMax, I was trained for 2 days, and done everything that I was suppose to do, correctly. The first day, that I was by my self, I made the mistake of accepting a $100 bill, without using that marker on it. After that, I was not able to get back on. Well about 3 months went by, and there was a long line, so I jumped back on a register, and helped customers get out faster. I got into a 
load of trouble. Even tho, they told us, if that happenes, then just jump on there, and get them out faster, so that we can serve more people.
See, just an honest mistake, that does happen to alot of people. But ofcourse, to management, it means the end of the world. Hell, I am a manager, and I let it slide, if that person, does it once in a blue moon. Why, because I am cool like that.
