Oh, and an update, we finally have our comps working again... oh, but our lovely IT people have proven that they have no clue how to interpret complaints.
For days now we have been complaining that our casino account look up field hasn't been working in our reservation system... this field allows to automatically set up comps to the guest account rather than having to do it manually and also will automatically fill in all the guest information once the account number from the guest's players card is entered.
IT removed the field completely and left notes "non working field removed as requested"
Umm... no, we didn't request you to remove it, we requested for you to FIX IT
