Today we had a meeting where part of the agenda was what's called by the higher ups a Property Improvement Plan, or PIP. I suggested they called it the Property IMprovement Plan, or PIMP. I'm expecting royalties if the change is ever implemented.

And for the curious, the PIP is a checklist of standards my hotel has, such as cleanliness, breakfast items, room quality, etc.
