The women who work 1st shift in my dept have all been there for years and do as little as possible. They refuse to take care of returns so there are usually 2-4 carts waiting everyday when I arrive. They also never clean out the fitting rooms during the day. As soon as they see me they give me their phones, go on break, then never come back to get the phone when they return. (Our shifts overlap.) So, I'm often stuck with 2 or 3 phones.
Usually there are 4 or 5 of them scheduled each day...the slowest part of the day. During 2nd shift, the busiest part of the day, we're lucky if we have 3 people scheduled. Most of the week there's only 2. It's ridiculous!
