I HAVE A JOB! Finally after months of searching I am employed at a job I know I can KEEP. But lets recap... Toys R Us said they would call me on Tuesday... They didn't. I waited to see if they would call me Wednesday... They didn't. So... I went in today to see whats up (since their phones don't work.)
I asked for the hiring manager, who was in a conference call. But the lady there said she'd check for me, we went into the back room, she looked around for my file, while this was going on I saw my name on the wall followed by "get into wk 32 orien" I grin madly...
Sure enough, I got the job, I will be working in the "RZone" which is basically just the electronics department...
I will be going to Orientation on MONDAY. So I was ecstatic... But, I wasn't even out of the store when I realized... I have a job.
But I'm employed! I can finally change my forum title!
I'm working at Toys R Us, and I despise children...
