Elderly lady: Do you have bar mitzvah cards? I checked at the Christian bookshop and they didn't have any.

I am shocked at this development, shocked I say. Why I bet the store selling jewish paraphanelia has chrisaning cards.

I discovered a few years ago that bar mitzvah cards are somewhat hard to come by in my neck of the woods. Which is odd since there is a large Jewish community not too far from me. I'd think my B&N (Store1) would have had them since the members of said community frequent that store quite a bit (or they did; they've since built a store closer to that town so they might go there now), but we didn't have any when I looked. I ended up finding one at the Party Fair where all the cards are half off
