Where's my pay rise?

ANother example of how disorganised and SHIT a big company can be. We get a pay rise when we pass a certain test. There are 3 tests, and you get a raise with each one.
I just passed my first a month ago, we get paid fortnightly. I check my pay slip yesterxday.

No raise.

I am very irritated, one of my colleagues took six months to get hers (they did at least pay her the backdated pay though), and I just do not have the energy for this shit.

I don't know how they do thiswell with this level of disorganisation.

Can you email, phone or ask the person?

I was due a $1 raise at the gallery after 3 months and it took 9 WEEKS!!! to get it and even then the useless zombie boss said that I never communicated with her enough and thats why it took so long... almost daily emails, asking her once a week in person wasnt communicating apprently.
