so I have a phone interview tomorrow(the place feels it's less stressful that way-plus easier for those who are working)-Pharmacy tech-higher pay than I'm making now, State/Union job-in a hospital-no patient contact-great benefits-I want this job sooo badly!!!!

I did a phone interview when I went to work as a teacher at Sea World (students, not animals). There were two interviewers on speakerphone on their end, and me on the regular phone. . . .such a great way to interview. No dressing up, no getting lost on the way to the place, you can have your notes as to what you put on your application papers out to reference, etc. . .

I hope your phone interview goes as well as mine did.

Good Luck! I hope it is not too late but I read this article this morning on Adage.com it is how to kick butt at a phone interveiw. I will post it for you and anyone else who wants to read it.
