Okay, here's the gist of it.
Our website usually lists the same items that we have in the store, despite orders from the website usually being shipped from a reserved warehouse for web orders. These prices are supposed to be the same in the store as on the web, unless it states "Web only price". For Games ans software, there is little markup, so a wrong price pretty much kills our Gross Margin, which means we get bitched at.
In the past week, there have been 4 different items with this screw up, and it was driving me nuts.
I swear, it's becoming SNAFU level. (and yes, I know the acronym, and am using it in proper context.)
