500 emails. Sometimes I love shift-click delete.
7 hours dealing with a guy who needed to verify that everything was working 100% (one of those laptop exchanges). He couldn't leave it in his locked office overnight to allow some programs to install. So this one hasn't been exchanged yet.
On a good note, my USB rocket launcher, The Cubes, and binary clock all came in.
