Man, fingers are so full of sensitive nerve endings. Closest I ever came to fainting from pain was when I accidently got my hand run through one of those giant VTR machines when I worked in master control. Got my hand caught in the spinning scanner and smushed through the tape channel so fast it was over before I realized what happened. Had nerve damage that lasted for over a year from that. Just excruciating.

I've had far worse injuries that didn't hurt a fraction as bad as even minor finger (and toe) injuries.

Any bite, including human bites, can be bad if it breaks the skin. Everything that uses teeth to chew (or tear) with have particles in the mouth and saliva that makes infection more likely. Fill it out next time, just in case.
True... but if I filled out a report every time those little f***ers... I mean, hamsters, bit me, I would have been filling out 2-3 reports every time I cleaned cages. I didn't have time for that crap. (PS- Hamsters are pure evil. Especially the dwarf ones. They can get really nasty... like come flying across the cage to attack your hand nasty... rats were ok unless they had babies, then they got protective.)

Dwight: Bears don't eat bee... Hey! What are you doing?
