That was so cool. We just had an all office meeting and it was actually interesting, inspiring, and funny. I love our CEO- he is a sorta right wing leaning, tall, golf-playing guy, typical CEO on the surface, but this morning he spent several minutes asking me about my rats and checking out (and complimenting) cute pictures of them on my Photobucket- what a neat guy! My cubicle is right outside his office, so I get to listen in on cool conversations all the time with investors and such. Anyway, he made a great speech at our office meeting, and it made me excited- this guy really gets how to manage employees effectively, with positive reinforcement, rather than try to scare people into working!
