will my phone stop beeping nonstop... for the first 2 hours of my shift it I took 28 calls
in my first 2 hours, and since then it is still crazy busy like still over 10 calls an hour (14 is my record and that was set earlier today, before that my record was 12 an hour). If this keeps up I won't survive the shift.
... and they aren't even high quality calls, they are nothing but bloody shoppers and stranded travelers.

At my last job, I usually had to answer the phones, unless I was off. Well it would always be the main owner calling in, just to check up on us. Or the Main Owners other son, calling to talk shit about his brother and wife. I loved talking to him.
