My Commendation

Yes! Another one! I seem to rule at this place. This makes 3 "official" commendations at the WWTP. This one is for going "Above and beyond" the call of duty for a trainee.

Last week, we were severely short-handed, and I stepped up to the plate. I basically ran the plant by myself for a full week, and tackled the other jobs that had to be done as well.

So, not only did I run the plant and made almost every decision on how to run it, but by the end of the week, the plant was running better and more smoothly than when I took it over on Monday.

Not bad for a "trainee!"
