I love my big boss, he was venting on how a customer was an idiot about a product we offer, and me mentioned our version of the phrase, "The customer is never right!" The only time he believes the customer is right is when we screwed up, and he'll tell the customer we screwed up. Other than that, we usually have the proof and he'll never have us take the blame for something they did.
