I got a promotion at work, now I will be in our education/quality department, training all of the new hires, sending out communication on changes in procedures, and helping grade recorded phone calls.
A pay raise, no longer required to work a weekend day, and even better, no more dealing with our entitlement whore customers!! (ok, like 90% of our customers are great, its just that 10% that gets me)
