Yes, thankfully, some poor SOB wanted to have my job and she got it.
I still have to finish with my one trainee (praying the whole time that I don't get any more snuck in for the next couple weeks) and she needs to train her replacement for what she used to do. I really cannot handle anymore trainees right now, I have one very, very helpless one right now and all I want to do is get her trained in so I can step down....and I really want the new trainer to step in and take over.
I hope she can handle it. I found out the hard way......
Here's to her. Hopefully she can either handle idiots better, or she can get across to the boss easier. Well, we'll have a new boss soon, so maybe things will improve. Hopefully she can put up with the bullshit from the room runners and the training department. I hope to gosh she's prepared to have boatloads of people dumped on her, if not newbies, then people to cross train.
