Trying to remember the various places I've worked and their "incentives"...
Movie theater: take 1 friend to see a movie for free. once per week
Sandwich shop: got to eat "waste"--ie, mis-made sandwiches, call in orders that were not picked up, or stuff that fell on the floor. (at that age and stage, I was NOT picky!)
Deli: a whole boneless ham at xmas
Jewelry store: 40% off store price, but most stuff was priced at 220% or 300% of cost.
Book store: $10 store gift certificate per week (loved that one!)
Animal Hospital: depending on sales--$2 scratch off lotto ticket up to $20 cash per shift, and a bonus check at xmas which was a percentage of gross paycheck over the past year, plus pet vaccines and treatments at cost, and specialty items at cost + 10% Plus getting to snuggle on all the animals. (I miss that one, too, but it didn't pay the bills)
College: depending on longevity, tuition for up to 3 classes per year (lab and other fees extra). (I ought to use this one, but haven't had the time or energy.)
