Summer schedule is almost here! It means that I work 4 days instead of 5 and I work for 8 hours and 45 minutes. While this only adds up to 35 hours and 45 minutes a week, I'm still getting paid for 40 hour work weeks.

              Official:
              - good/great insurance at a good price
              - a health center at the main building that can take care of most routine things - you usually can get an appointment in a week or less for $15 if you have insurance
              - employer matching on the 401(k) - 100% of your first 1% and half after up to 5% of your salaray
              - shift differentials if you work up to 7pm/midnight or weekends (my shift diff is 10%)
              - well-equipped workout rooms in various buildings - two huge ones that you can use for $10/paycheck or a smaller one by my building that is $5

              - there are massages for like $10/30 minutes, but haven't been able to participate
              - annual "wellness checks" with free cholesterol/glucose etc screenings
              - annual summer event - up until this year a local amusement park was rented out the Saturday after it closed for the year - free to get in, cheap for guests, and free non-alcoholic drinks all day. Sadly, that park has permanently closed but I think this year's event will be a weekend at the ballpark - tying into our new sponsorship deal. meh.

              - annual "year end" parties for each main department. Mine had great food and awesome door prizes although I didn't get lucky.
              - every group has a budget each month - mine went to the racetrack last summer, then in the winter we had contests with $$ prizes
              - when our department does well, they cater in food - usually every 2-3 months
              - recognition for anniversaries - company or employee ones. Usually with nifty little gifts
              - great employee referral rewards system
              - company-matched donations to charities

Anyone want to come work for my company? I talked to a friend of a friend when I was starting the hiring process and she told me about half of this stuff and I was just and knew it was worth whatever work it would take to get hired.
