I can rember going through the land of Kraft Hydrophonic garden at Epcot when it first opened.
My wife and I did this as well a couple of years ago - they've got a nice variety of hydroponic methods and a really good tour. Also, I believe St. Louis zoo has a pretty extensive lashup to feed their elephants.

Still think he's got the evil weed in mind though

I got a visit one time and later got visited again asking for some of my flowers. Aparantly cop boy got in trouble with the lady of his life and the flower shops around here close at 8 sharp.

Actually my #1 problem is finding someplace that seems more honest than a car salesman that starts his pitch with "remember, if you see a cop - run, we're not supposed to be here".

But when I plan on doing it, I'm trying to get it through grants, investors, and on a big-scale farm-like approach (basically, it'll be producing as much food as a normal farm). That is -- people will know it's there and know what's being grown.
