The life of a whistleblower is by no means easy.

That said, I agree with GK. Get a new job, then burn the bastard from stem to stern.

Hell, whether you choose to take the douchebag president to task or not, start looking for a new job anyway. He probably already has you on the radar as a troublemaker. Protect yourself. Watch out for them trying to start a paper railroad against you, making you look like a disgruntled worker out for revenge.
Happiness is the exercise of vital powers along lines of excellence in a life affording you scope.

      Hello, Talon.

Do I come off as a disgruntled worker or a decent but frustrated person who holds a disdain for victimizers?

I worked in labor and employment law for a while. I've seen a lot of really ugly.

Make copies of everything you have. Go back to the lawyer. Give him copies. Tell him you don't want to sue, but you want his advice. If it all possible, turn a set of copies over to the labor board anonymously.

Whatever happens, you have to assume that your job is going to be history, whether the company fires you, you quit, or the company ends up in so much trouble that they shut down or lose so much business they have to lay off a bunch of people. You've put on a target on your back. There are whistleblower laws. You could sue and probably get a settlement. But you've pissed off the president of the company. That won't change.

I would go to the competiton, since management wants to keep a sick racist thief for whatever fucked up reasons they have.

I don't find this hard to believe. The scum that has floated to the top of that company depends on intimidation and self-preservation in order to maintain their existence in the company.

This works a lot of times, because whistle blowers go through several levels of hell. Of course one could make the argument that you (Alexander) are already going through several levels of hell. Consider also the long term implications of working with this level of stress on your health. In the same situation, I would also be expecting some form of retaliation from them if they got the opportunity. Even if they don't retaliate more than they have by cutting your hours, also consider that shit flows downward. The actions of your company management are putting everyone who comes into contact with him at risk.

As others have said, the road of a whistle blower (i would still consider you a whistle blower even if you did nothing more than send documents to the appropriate places) is a difficult one. If I were in your position I would like to think that I would turn management in to the authorities for two reasons. First, I would rather prevent a future physical assault on a one of the females he harasses than to wait until one has happened, and someone has been scarred for life (although the type of overt sexual harassment with no consequences management is perpetuating is already permanently scarring). Second, I believe that if you know something wrong is happening, that is actively hurting people, and you do nothing to effectively stop it, then you are condoning it and are no better than the upper management who allow it to continue.
*I am not trying to attack you for the choice you have made to remain silent, what I am trying to do is to share my own inner dialogue in dealing with situations like the one you are dealing with now*
You mentioned that you give his victims information to contact his licensing board. The problem that I see with that however, is that one woman calling to complain is not going to have the impact that a dvd of 170 women sharing their experiences with your manager would have. You also said that your initial response to these women coming to you was to express disbelief (a natural reaction), which is most likely the response they get from the agency they are reporting to, and since the likelihood of them having solid proof is very low it is a "she said, he said" situation. They are also calling the company to complain and either getting an inappropriate response, or no response at all. So, really, what chance do they have?

Your manager needs to be knee capped, drug into the woods (preferably naked), and left in bear country covered in honey and fire ants.
Whatever decision you make, I wish you luck.

I concur completely with both those statements, but let me add my own :

When you're faced with a situation like this, you have to take a long, hard look within yourself and figure out which torture is going to be worse for you: the lumps you'll take for blowing the whistle, or the guilt you'll feel from not doing it.

Either way, you're going to have some rough times in the future. the only question is whether you want the peace to be inside your head and the turbulence outside, or the other way around.
