Ive put this in this section as although its about a customer, there is no suck involved (if its in the wrong section please move it 
).
I was working as usual on thursday, pricing up games when this lady walks into the store. Now up till that point on that day all I'd had was clueless little old ladies, and the occasional mum and dad popping in to buy a new game for their kid.
This woman was very thin, and very pale. Yet thats not what caught my attention. She had two MASSIVE black eyes, and I mean massive to the point that the skin around the eyes themselves was all cracked and seeping with blood. I mean, youd really have to whallop someone hard to do that kind of damage. There was also multiple bruising over her face and around her ears, along with other bruises dotted about on her arms. While I was serving her I noticed the inside of her elbow was bruised with dozens of little injection marks. Thing is, she and the woman she was with seemed perfectly happy, and they were certainly nice enough.
I'm really not sure what to think about this, and I said nothing as its not my place to. What do people here reckon? Personally I'm wondering if shes a victim of abuse, I mean, two identical black eyes? The whole thing reminds me of that megathread Jester posted a while back about that girl known as Tiny Dancer. One of the most awful and depressing things I've ever read about.

uh, if I had to guess I woudl say it's abuse too. What kind, exactly? I have no idea and I don't want to.
