Putting this here because for once, it's not the call center's fault.
Retail store honchos have decided to raise the price of our premium phone support to $169, from $129. Do they not realize that the economy is in the crapper?
It was high before, but now it's rediculous considering:
1. Only 1/10th of the floor is technical. The rest will either run a bull shit scan or a checkdisk when they see a problem is too hard, meaning they are too lazy to work google or ask a fellow tech.
2. We are under an approved software list, so even if there is a tool out there to fix a virus or software conflict in 3 minutes, if it's not on the list we can't use it.
