So at work they finallly got around to letting me shadow Texas Shootout, I really wish they hadn't. For one, I don't particularly understand poker hands, I know them for the most part, but I miss them out on the table, especially when someone gets a full house. It doesn't seem like a difficult game once you get used to it, but man I had a headache by the end of the night. I miss blackjack
On top of learning a new game, I had players bitching that I didn't know the game within the first few hands. A couple of them were talking to eachother quite quietly, but just loud enough that I could pick up bits and pieces of the conversation, and from what I could tell they thought I was stupid for not knowing the game right away, and how easy it would be to deal it. These are the type of people I want to say "you think it's easy? Okay, go for it!" and throw them on the table.
At least I get another shadow shift.
To top it all off when I got home and went to bed, I was in a half awake half sleeping state and I was dreaming about dealing, and I kept sitting up trying to scoop up cards.
