I was discussing a job with the person who has been working on it for more than a week now. She's sick of it, and so am I. Before she hung up, she told me:

"Thanks a lot. It's been a pain."

(No, there was no rudeness intended. She was merely conveying the fact that she's tired of working on it. I love that remark!)
