I came into work this morning after being off yesterday for Thanksgiving.

Turned my computer on to be told that it can't find a system file. So now I'm running a repair, praying that A)It will fix it and B)My files will still be there like the nice man at Dell told me.

I did have some work to do today, I can't plot even from the other computers...

This both sucks and blows.

The worst part is I'm sure the owner is going to be pissed when/if he finds out. Especially if I do in fact need to get a new hard drive like the nice man at Dell recommended.

Gah!

Back on my computer, woo!

I'm requesting a new hard drive anyway (a bigger, fancier one) and I'm making back ups of everything.

So far the only problem seems to be the internet explorer icon is creating a short cut instead of opening IE.
