Not really, anything that is stable enough to be moved will be and they take it off to blow it up where it's not going to damage anything.

There are alsorts of bit and bobs that will be disposed of from old WWII munitions to things that are a little more interesting.

Wouldn't the Laptop have all SORTS of identifying stuff on it?

Mine didn't. It sat empty save for my Guild Wars account, music, and artwork.

And none of my artwork has my name on it, only my watermark when I remember to put it on (my art's not good enough to be stolen, so I don't worry about it).

Hm.

A driver's license. A Bank of America debit card. Money. Car keys. Lipgloss and a bottle of vitamins that the customers actually paid for and left behind.

Some coworker once left their paycheck behind. At least said check was in the office so we kept it.

At the Rec Center there has been: several mp3 players, chains, bracelets, IDs, earrings, cell phones, rings, various sports balls, but mostly clothes. There have always been a monumental amount of clothing people leave behind. Shirts, shorts, sweats even shoes; I still don't understand how someone could lose their shoes and not try to retrieve them.
