So it seems lately we've had a homeless woman hole up in one of our display storage cabinets on the salesfloor after the store has closed and sleep in it. She's done this three times that we know of.
Each time setting off the alarms and causing the alarm company to summon the police and wake up the store manager in the middle of the night (SOP is to notify him when the alarm is going off).
So now it's back to opening up every single cabinet on the floor and canvassing the entire salesfloor to make sure nobody's in the store at closing time who shouldn't be.
It's sad she feels she doesn't have a place to go, but it's aggravation we don't need, and I hope the next person to stumble upon her hiding in her cabinet doesn't have a heart attack or something.
