Yesterday, there were some sale items that were not coming off so they had to put in as a store coupon. I had a couple coworkers call me to their register to take care of this problem. I heard one customer complain to one of the checkers that a certain item was one price and it was coming up another so I went over to help. It turned out that it was the same item that hadn't been coming off so I rang in the proper amount as a store coupon so the customer got it for the correct price.
